ASSASSIN’S CREED: VALHALLA
The next generation of Ubisoft’s historic assassination series will be coming to us this year and will also be launched on the next-generation PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles.
Ubisoft announced the next title in the Assassins Creed series, which is called Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and will take place in the Viking Age, so all the rumors from last year were true. A few hours after the announcement, the company released a first, especially impressive, 4-minute cinematic trailer that sheds light on the characters in the game and the plot with fights between the Saxons and the Vikings and that can be said aloud: The series no longer belongs to the stealth genre, not that it is bad. Prior to the unveiling, Ubisoft released a first and unique teaser, all done through a whole process of photoshoot work by artist BossLogic (full and slow version for graphic design enthusiasts you will find here) where you can see the assassin, the hero of the game standing in the middle, wearing a hat and as expected, an ax. You can also see a great battle in the background with a smoke-filled castle, Viking ships, snow, rocks and northern lights.
The Viking Age is described in history as a period from 793 to 1066, during which ancient North German-speaking tribes originating in Scandinavia (the Nordic) embarked on raids on the coasts of Northern Europe, Western Europe and the British Isles. v
No official release date for AC: V has yet to be released and will likely be released to all major platforms, PC, PS4, XBOX.
